Here you'll find all the
information on the beaches of the region. Initially, we'll show
the beaches located in Itanhaém.
There are all kinds of beaches
here, from those large ones with thin and white sand, that seem
to be the link between the sky and the sea, as the Suarão Beach,
where the remnants of large dunes can still be seen, to other
beaches, much smaller, located between hills and the rocky
coastline, which sands are covered with jundu, a
kind of small vegetation of green rounded leaves and rose
colored flowers of a rare beauty.
Itanhaém's rocky coastline is
a real paradise for many species of marine birds and tropical
fish. The climate is excellent and 100% tropical all year long,
since even in the middle of the winter, temperatures can range
from 17º to 26ºC during the day, what is a real "little summer"
or veranico as it is called here. So this way, one
can get back home with that summer tan your friends will no
believe!
